The replacement process is fast and easy. Depending on the time of year, your new windows could be installed in as little as 3 to 4 weeks.
Here is the process:
- Call or visit one of the Renewal by Andersen® showrooms to schedule an appointment for a sales consultant to visit your home.
- Explain to the sales consultant your objective and requirements so he can provide you with the best possible window and door solution.
- After you have placed your order for windows or doors, the Renewal by Andersen® installation manager will visit your home to re-measure each opening for size verification prior to manufacturing.
- You will be called about a week before actual installation to schedule an install date.
- On the assigned date, the installation technicians will arrive and perform your installation. The installation scheduling department will let you know in advance how long your installation should take.
- On the last day of the installation, you will be asked to do a walk-through with the lead installer to make sure everything is just the way you want it.
- Prior to leaving, they will even vacuum and wash your windows. Any balance due should be given to the lead installer.
- Post installation - you will receive a follow-up phone call from your sales representative or customer service, again checking for a perfect installation.
