OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL
Renewal by Andersen has an opening for an experienced window sales professional. Renewal, a division of Andersen Windows, specializes in the premium segment of the replacement window market. Prior sales experience preferred.
General Responsibilities:
In-home sales of Renewal by Andersen windows and patio doors as well as various lines of entry doors. Selling will be done using a consistent and repeatable sales process. The process will be in the form of a consultative approach.
The selling process will involve laptop and iPad presentations as well as a computer generated sales proposal. Inside sales support will be provided. The sale rep will be provided with product and sales process training. His/her performance will be evaluated via the following metrics:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Learn the Renewal by Andersen product lines
- Learn how to perform showroom presentations
- Learn the various installation methods used
- Learn how to use the computer quote systems
- Learn the in home selling process that is most effective for the rep’s personality
- Showroom coverage on assigned days includes Saturdays
- Enter completed appointment and quote data into the customer data base
- Maintain order number log and keep open quote folders completely updated
- Participate in trade shows and seminars
- Work to develop self-generated leads
- Visit customer’s job sites on day of installation
- Work to manage customer expectations and achieve outstanding homeowner satisfaction
- Prepare an accurate and complete job folder for every job sold
- Be a team player and support your teammates sales efforts
Requirements:
- Must like in-home sales
- Some computer skills: Excel, Outlook
- College degree desirable
- Physically capable of carrying a window and briefcase
- Good personality-easy to engage
- Outgoing
- Integrity and honesty a must
- Clean driving record and background

SCHEDULER – Louisville
Looking for a candidate who is experienced with scheduling software that can interact in a disciplined, professional manner with our internal logistics, value add & service employees, while still having the brand ambassador attitude in dealing with a customer with an issue.
Job Summary: Assist with customer service within our customer response unit; receives incoming customer calls; records customer information into data base for service; finalizing sales information into data base to prepare the installation teams production; creating scheduling calendar for installations; making out-bound installation scheduling calls; investigates and assists in resolving customer concerns. Assist in developing technology and techniques to improve current scheduling operation processes and other duties that fall within customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Responsibilities
- Receive incoming service calls; record customer information into data base for service; coordinating service reps calendars; scheduling for service appointments
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation and discusses with other departments to coincide dates according to installation forecasts or customer orders.
- Assist in organizing lists of required materials based upon types of installation.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Records when appointments have been filled or canceled.
- Telephones customer to remind them of appointments.
- Follows up with customer after completion of install to discuss satisfaction.
- Electronic file maintenance and data entry.
- Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or documents information to determine appropriate response.
