During our initial phone conversation, we will schedule a free in-home consultation. Placing Your Order and Quality Assurance

If everything in the plan is okay with you, a consultant will draft, review and sign a purchase agreement. After the order placement, we will conduct several more checks it to make sure the measurements taken and materials ordered are correct before manufacturing begins.

Project Timeline

Orders for quality windows can take anywhere from three to four weeks to be delivered, seven if its peak season. No need to worry, though, as we will track your order and update you the moment we process the paperwork. We do installation work all year round, no matter the season.

Installation Day

We pride ourselves of executing an efficient project from start to finish. We'll work with you every step of the way to make sure we do things just the way you want. We make sure to clean up as well when we're done.

Follow-Up

A few weeks after the installation, we'll send a Homeowner Satisfaction Survey, as we want your feedback on the process. For example, if you had sliding windows installed, we’ll want to know if they're gliding smoothly and meeting your expectations.
