Located on a beautiful 90-acre private nature preserve adjacent to Louisville’s renowned Parklands, The Big Stomp exists to promote mental health awareness and stomp out the stigma surrounding mental-health. Our immersive, multi-day experience takes a fresh, inclusive, modern day approach to raising mental health awareness. We aim to provide education and resilience tools to help people achieve mental wellness. Together we are creating an environment of openness and fearlessness, championing mental health in our local community.
