The Renewal by Andersen
process is easy.

Schedule Your Consultation

1.

Your Design Consultation
  • Your design consultant will discuss your custom window and door replacement goals and affordable monthly Easy Pay options.

2.

Quality Assurance
  • After you have placed your order for windows or doors, the Renewal by Andersen® installation manager will visit your home to re-measure each opening for size verification prior to manufacturing.


3.

Scheduling Your Installation
  • Some orders take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered while in peak season it could take 7+ weeks. We track your order from the moment the paperwork is processed even if you don’t hear from us.

  • We install all year long even in really cold and hot weather.

4.

Installation Day
  • You will be asked to do a walk-through with the lead installer to make sure everything is just the way you want it.

  • Prior to leaving, they will even vacuum and wash your windows. Any balance due should be given to the lead installer.

5.

Home Owner Satisfaction
  • A few weeks after you job is completed, you will receive a Homeowner Satisfaction Survey in your e-mail from the Andersen Corporation, if your job included Renewal by Andersen windows or Andersen doors.

  • It is very important to us that you take the two or three minutes necessary to complete and return this survey. We have a new 10 star rating with 10 being the very best score. Our goal is that you feel comfortable giving us a “10” star rating confirming that you are extremely satisfied in all areas.

  • If for some reason we did not earn a “10”, we would like to hear from you so that we may correct or rectify the shortcoming.
