The best way to know what a window or door project with us is like is to hear it from homeowners who've been through it. Here are three recent reviews from our customers, in their own words.

Stephen's biggest worry was the mess. Here's how his installation went:
"Vlad and Mark were my installers, they were very considerate of our concerns about cleanliness, they covered all the furniture in the working area, placed tarps on the floor and outside to catch the debris from the project, after removing the old windows they vacuumed all around the window opening removing any dust or dirt before placing the replacement windows in the opening. After the installation they did the trim work on both inside and outside, using caulking before placing trim. I was fortunate to have Mark as he was a trained and experienced trim carpenter before becoming a trained Renew by Anderson technician, Vlad did my exterior trim on the windows he did exceptional work, I watched him measure and fabricate the exterior trim, he was very professional and particular on how it fitted around the windows, he made intricate trimmings to get the trim to look right and nice. Both Mark and Vlad put a nice bead of caulk around all the trim. They placed a small tarp at the entrance door to catch any debris that may have been on their shoes, also put on the blue booties to cover their shoes. When the install was completed, they removed all debris and even dusted off the window ledges. Vlad showed me how to install and remove the screens, how to open, close and open the windows to clean from inside our home. He went to each window to check with us to make sure they were worked properly although Mark had shown me some of the things when I happen to be in the area when he was working on the inside. These two individuals are like watching two well taught dancers. They moved like clockwork, each one seem to know what the other one was doing, and it all came together so smoothly. Vald and Mark were very professional, considerate, polite, well-groomed and respectful when answering our questions about the installation and the windows. These two are truly amazing and Renewal by Anderson should be very proud to have them on their Team." - Stephen T.
Stephen's experience wasn't luck. It started with a crew that listened to his biggest concern and planned the whole job around it. It continued with careful craftsmanship, because a window is only as good as its installation, and custom-fit trim and proper sealing are what keep drafts and water out for years. And it ended with Stephen feeling confident in his new windows, not left to figure them out on his own.

Thomas's whole-house project took our Louisville team down to Franklin, KY:
"Josh B and Daniel came to Franklin, KY from the Louisville office. They put in two long days of hard work to install 15 windows plus a walk-in door to the garage. Both guys were professional, courteous and personable. Great craftsmanship. Very happy with the look and quality. Looking forward to comparing energy bills this winter." -Thomas F.
A whole-house project takes hard work and real care at every opening. Thomas got both, plus a crew he was happy to have in his home. Now his home is ready for winter, and we can't wait to hear how those energy bills compare.
Scott compared quotes and second-guessed his choice, right up until install day:
"I had gotten a couple quotes and was questioned myself if I had made the right decision but after they were installed I knew I made the right choice! Chris and Brian the installers did a fantastic job and were very professional. Couldn't possibly ask for a better outcome, see for yourself, have gotten so many compliments..." -Scott F.
The value of the window shows up after the install, not on the quote. Scott could see it right away in how his home looked, and he'll keep seeing it in how his windows perform over time. A careful, professional installation is a big part of that, because even a great window won't perform well if it isn't fitted and sealed properly.
Start by telling us what matters most to you at your consultation, whether that's keeping your home clean, working around pets or tight schedules, or getting the most out of energy savings. If you are comparing quotes, make sure to compare materials, installation, and warranty since that is where the real value shows up. And before the crew leaves, have them walk you through how to operate and care for each window.
