From a 2013 Houzz & Home survey, the answer is that many homeowners are indeed looking at starting up those home remodel projects again. Of 100,000 people that responded to Houzz’s survey 53% are planning a remodeling project right now, while 58% have one planned for some time in the next two years.Last year when asked 52% of people said that they were going to delay their home improvement project for a little bit longer due to the economy. What is the Top Home Improvement Project Planned?The top home improvement project planned by homeowners this year is the bathroom.
